AIMS International Strengthens Global Partnerships at 2024 Annual Meeting in Lisbon

AIMS International, the leading global executive search and leadership consulting firm, recently concluded its Annual Global Meeting (AGM) 2024 in Lisbon, Portugal. From June 4th to June 8th, AIMS Partners and Consultants from around the world gathered to foster collaboration, share industry insights, and align on strategic goals in talent management and leadership development.

The AGM featured a diverse agenda designed to address key aspects of the organisation’s global operations and future direction. Partners engaged in discussions on industry trends, strategic initiatives, and best practices in executive search, talent management, leadership development, board services and family business consulting.

Highlights of the meeting included: welcoming new partners from Ecuador, Latvia, and USA, further expanding AIMS International’s global reach. The event featured presentations from industry experts, providing valuable insights into current trends and future directions in executive search and leadership, including Clare Mahon, MD Europe & Africa for AESC (Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants), who shared her insights on the state of the executive search profession.

The meeting also included a workshop on family business consulting led by Senior Advisor Annika Hall, an expert in corporate governance and succession planning. Global Sustainability Lead Leonie Pentz and the sustainability team presented key topics related to sustainability and corporate responsibility.

Throughout the week, partners participated in workshops and discussions covering a range of topics crucial to the organisation’s growth and success. These included sessions on marketing and branding strategies, technological advancements in the industry, and the growing importance of sustainability in business practices.

The AGM also provided ample opportunities for networking and strengthening relationships among partners, reinforcing the collaborative spirit that defines AIMS International’s approach to executive search and leadership consulting.

AIMS International’s leadership, including Dimitris Kleftakis, Executive President and Managing Partner of AIMS Greece, and Juan Crespín, Global Vice President and Managing Partner of AIMS Argentina, expressed satisfaction with the meeting’s outcomes and the collaborative spirit demonstrated by all participants.
