Award-winning Executive Search company participates in global HR forum hosted in Shanghai

Under the motto “AIMS International helps companies grow,” AIMS International Germany and AIMS International Singapore were virtual guests at an HR Forum held recently in Shanghai.  HR decision-makers from many Chinese companies and global business support organisations were present at this prestigious event.

Cindy Han, Managing Partner China, represented AIMS International locally and referred to the global AIMS International organisation as experienced consultants with international partnerships and industry specialisation with seamless cross-border project competence.  AIMS International has a presence in 50 countries with the ability and experience to find the perfect candidates for leadership positions across the globe.

In his speech, Rolf Heeb, Managing Director AIMS International Germany, made it clear that more than 8000 German companies are already active in China. These companies will benefit from the enormous investments in growth and focus technologies of the Chinese economy and domestic consumer behaviour in the coming years. This applies in particular to some industrial segments as well as energy and environmental technologies. In these technology fields, German companies with their extensive experience have enormous growth potential in the Chinese market. Rolf Heeb: “This will also have an impact on the German labour market when German companies are looking for qualified personnel for their Chinese engagements in this country!”.

Jonathan Khoo, Managing Partner Singapore, explained that AIMS International Singapore has helped several global Chinese companies in the semiconductor industries to find talent in Singapore and across South-East Asia.

AIMS International China was honoured with an award for executive search in China , which Cindy Han received at the end of the successful HR Forum in Shanghai.
