Tatiana Prozorova has been appointed to the position of Senior Executive Search Consultant at MidlandHunt

Tatiana has been professionally involved in board and senior leadership search projects for more than 20 years. She has completed a great number of projects for the Russian and international companies across various sectors, built research teams and led knowledge management function. Tatiana was among the very first employees of the Moscow office of Egon Zehnder, global executive search firm. From 1998 to 2006 she has evolved from the research assistant to the Head of research, having built regional research function for Russia and CIS. Then she was leading launching the research and knowledge management functions from scratch for the Russian start-up boutique, Board Solutions, engaged in corporate governance services. In 2008, Tatiana returned to Egon Zehnder, fully focusing on execution of search assignments, first in the Russian and CIS market and then, until autumn 2022, in international markets.
