We are proud to announce Yana Nekerova, our new Business Development Director at MidlandHunt

Yana Nekerova has graduated from the Omsk State Pedagogical University and the Higher School of Corporate Management of the RANEPA. Yana’s career took off at ABH Miratorg, where Since 2006 to 2018 she evolved from the Head of the Recruitment and Adaptation Department to the Deputy HR Director of the entire holding. Later, Yana Nekerova was responsible for the personnel selection and adaptation unit at the SOKOLOV jewellery company, where she built centralised processes and participated in the project of launching and developing a retail chain of jewellery boutiques. Under her leadership, a team of top managers was formed in one of the commercial structures of Transmashholding JSC - R-Alliance LLC, as well as in Oil Resource Group LLC - an oil trading company with its own commodity marketplace, where she was engaged in the development and implementation of the HR strategy, building and automating the processes of a full HR cycle.
